Do you travel for weddings?

YES! We would love to follow you wherever your wedding journey leads, whether that’s in your back yard, across town, across the state or across the ocean to distant lands far, far away. PhotoLily Photography is here for you, regardless of the distance.

What style of editing do you provide?

All of our photos are edited to bring out the life, joy, and happiness you experience throughout your photo session. We do light spot removal (for those pesky zits that show up at the WORST time), eye brightening, teeth-whitening, and overall color correction so that you look your absolute best for years to come.

Can you remove my (insert subject here) in photoshop?

We believe in capturing your uniqueness the way you are, however, we recognize sometimes there are things that we’d just rather not see in ourselves. Because photo manipulation on this scale is such a time-consuming and arduous task, it usually goes beyond the scope of our regular work flow. Due to the increased time and effort this takes, we are willing to do serious photo manipulation on a surcharge basis. We will discuss that together, should you wish to have some sort of serious alteration done to your images.

How long do I have to wait to see my photos?

We pride ourselves on making our clients happy! Our typical workflow is around 7-10 business days from the time we leave the photo session until we deliver the images to our clients. During peak wedding/couples season, we may ask for a little extra time because the work load can get heavy, but for the most part you will have your images within 2 weeks. For weddings and other large events, our typical turn around is within 4-6 weeks. Often times, we are able to deliver in just a few days or a couple of weeks for weddings and events, rather than the full time quoted during the consultation. We aim to please!

How do you deliver our images?

We have several options for how you can secure your images:

First option, we enjoy hosting a viewing right here at our home studio (think movie theater mode) complete with a personalized playlist and refreshments. Pick a day that works for you, kick back and relax with a first class experience. We create a beautiful slideshow for you to watch, and at the conclusion we discuss, answer questions and provide you with USB options complete with your High Resolution edited images. We include separate folders for image resizing for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter for no additional charge. Sharing made easy!

The second option is an online gallery that you can use to download and share with friends and family. We do not offer multiple resizings for the online gallery for space saving concerns. If you’d like to have your images resized for all the different platforms, and a first class experience, we suggest scheduling a viewing with us so that we can provide you with the flash drive of your choice and a good time.

Lastly, we also offer Air-Drop for those of you with Apple compatible devices. This makes your fave images easily accessible for when you want to reflect or share quickly with the ones you love.

It’s raining! What now!?

Weather here in SWFL is crazy. You know it, we know it, everyone knows it. To that end, we check the weather constantly. The week prior, day prior and day of, all while giving you updates on any changing conditions if need be. Rescheduling is always an option for standard photoshoots. We also have a home studio that we can shoot photos in if that is a style you are interested in trying or if rescheduling is not an option. For you adventure lovers, we can shoot in the rain so long as it is not a lightning or thunder storm, a tropical storm, or hurricane. Regardless, one way or another, PhotoLily will make it happen!

We love what you do, but we don’t have all the money up front… Do you take payment plans?

We love our clients, and we are so happy to serve them. We understand that it can be difficult to come up with money upfront, and are willing to work with our clients on a case-by-case basis to determine how they can get what they’re looking for, all while staying true to their financial goals. We have a package to suit almost anyone’s financial needs, and are committed to serving our clients in whatever way we can. If you need payment plan assistance, please include that in your consultation, and we will discuss it when we meet. Keep in mind, we can not reserve your photo session without a deposit. Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Apple Pay, Money Order, and Cashiers Check. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or Zelle.
